As a Data & Impact Analyst Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of conscious capitalism.

What You'll Do:

As a MAVI intern, you’ll dive into real-world data and contribute to projects that directly impact our platform’s development and mission. You’ll:

Analyze and Interpret Complex Data: Work with diverse datasets to uncover insights related to market trends, community well-being, and the impact of conscious business practices.
Develop Data Visualizations: Create compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings to our team and stakeholders.
Assist in Metric Development: Contribute to the refinement and expansion of MAVI’s proprietary metrics, such as the Market Prosperity Quotient (MPQ) and Community Equity and Well-being (CEW) score.
Conduct Research: Explore new data sources and methodologies to enhance our understanding of the interconnectedness between economic, social, and environmental factors.
Support Impact Assessments: Help evaluate the effectiveness of MAVI-driven initiatives and their contribution to a more conscious economy.
Collaborate Remotely: Work closely with our team in a dynamic, virtual environment, contributing your ideas and expertise.

What We're Looking For:

Current College Student: Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficiency in Data Tools: Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel).
Data Visualization Skills: Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.
Passion for Impact: Genuine interest in conscious capitalism, social impact, and sustainable development.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
